Luminous Life Healing Arts Studio was designed for those seeking something different from a traditional clinical experience.
Here, healing is approached with curiosity, creativity, and care.
Through art therapy and integrative wellness experiences, you are invited to step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and explore what may difficult to express in words alone.
Each experience offered here blends the depth of art therapy with the warmth of a thoughtfully curated, retreat-style environment—designed to feel personal, restorative, and deeply human.
Whether you are seeking ongoing therapeutic support, complimentary therapeutic support, navigating a season of change, in need of deeper healing, or simply longing for space to breathe and reflect, Luminous Life offers a different kind of healing environment—one where creativity, meaningful connection, and quiet moments of discovery become part of the process.
At Luminous Life Healing Arts, you are invited to slow down.
To reconnect. To create. To heal.

Meet Beth
I’m Beth Simpson, MA, LAC, ATR-P, an art therapist, counselor, veteran, and founder of Luminous Life Healing Arts Studio in Conway, Arkansas.
I believe healing can happen differently. My approach blends art therapy, integrative wellness, and meaningful experiences that create space to slow down, reconnect, and explore what may be difficult to express in words alone.
I work with individuals navigating life transitions, seasons of change, grief and loss, identity, motherhood and postpartum experiences, recovery, trauma, and more. Through both ongoing therapeutic support and immersive healing arts experiences, I offer a compassionate, creative approach centered on the whole person.
My hope is to create space for you to feel deeply, create freely, and discover what becomes possible when you make room for yourself.

Why Art Therapy?
Art therapy helps where words alone fall short. You don’t need to be an artist—art therapy is about expression, not perfection. Creative processes open new ways to explore emotions, gain clarity, and build resilience. Choosing art therapy means choosing a supportive space where your story unfolds in color, form, and meaning.
